Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Mediaocean solutions, customer environments, and business practices related to paid social media.
- Support clients by filling knowledge gaps and guiding use of resources to reduce support dependence.
- Communicate regularly with Enterprise Activation team about customer activities.
- Manage platform activation, planning, pacing/optimization, and reporting for selected clients.
- Ensure client KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Participate in risk mitigation and escalation management.
- Support client platform onboarding and training initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
