Client Services Specialist

We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner and first point of contact for our clients, resolving inquiries, identifying opportunities for added value, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience that reinforces One80 Intermediaries’ reputation for excellence.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with assigned clients. Proactively assess needs, clarify goals, reinforce our value as a trusted partner, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely, thorough, and professional responses. Manage client requests through active case management and recommend solutions and enhancements.

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, support internal sales initiatives, and recommend additional products and services that meet client needs.

  • Help clients troubleshoot web-based issues (like password resets), assist in system navigation, and identify and report system-related concerns for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain detailed client activity records in Salesforce, including contact information, program change requests, and service resolutions.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2–3 years of related experience preferred, including at least 1 year of direct customer service.

  • Proficiency with database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.  The expected annual pay rate for this position is $19.24/hr. - $22.12/hr. plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
