B2B - Customer Experience Manager

They are seeking a B2B Customer Experience Manager to own and enhance the corporate client journey, ensuring exceptional service and driving client retention and satisfaction.

Skills

  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from feedback and data.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, survey platforms, and basic automation tools.
  • Tech-savvy with a mindset for operational scaling through systems.
  • Empathy and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve the full B2B customer support journey using tools like Zendesk.
  • Oversee issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional service responses.
  • Lead customer satisfaction efforts including CSAT tracking and KPI management.
  • Collaborate on onboarding and menu planning for Smart Fridge clients.
  • Track customer feedback, analyze insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate field launch events and tastings to drive client engagement.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with sales and account teams.
