Motion Capture Talent Specialist (CONTRACT)
Skills
- Experience coordinating large-scale motion capture projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with bug tracking databases (DevTrack, TFS, Jira preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Define, track, and prepare for on-time delivery of motion capture content.
- Create and maintain motion capture schedules within the cinematics team.
- Act as liaison with external vendors, outsourced partners, and talent.
- Coordinate multiple disciplines involved in cinematic asset creation and delivery.
- Secure talent holds and bookings, including stunt actors as needed.
- Communicate shoot dates and talent contracts to all attendees and crew.
- Ensure all content and resources are prepared for each shoot day.
- Track and communicate budget status to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate scan sessions, table reads, and communicate scan specifications.
- Arrange additional crew bookings such as hairstylists for shoots.
- Create and verify statements of work and contracts for outsourced vendors.
Education
- Five or more years of professional experience or equivalent education and training.
- Fifteen or more years of professional experience or equivalent education and training.
