Instructure is looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead innovations in credentialing and learner mobility at Parchment, embracing opportunities to empower diverse stakeholders in education and workforce.
Responsibilities: Develop product strategy, manage the product roadmap, lead and mentor product teams, ensure cross-functional collaboration, oversee product lifecycle, define KPIs, and drive innovation.
Skills: Strong experience in product management and leadership, strategic thinking, technical acumen, customer focus, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications: 10+ years in product management, with leadership experience in EdTech; Bachelor's required, MBA preferred.
Location: Remote within the US, allows flexible working schedules and participation in company's equity program.
Compensation: $200000 - $250000 / Annually
Location: East Coast (ET time zone, leading teams in Budapest and West Coast)

In this critical role, you will shape and execute the product strategy across Parchment’s platform, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that connect and meet the evolving needs of our diverse stakeholders – including K-12 schools, higher education institutions, lifelong learners and employers. You will leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to play a critical role in shaping the future of credentialing, leveraging technology to create seamless and impactful experiences to support millions of learners worldwide in demonstrating their achievements.

$200,000 - $250,000 a year
This range reflects our target hiring range and may vary based on skills, experience, and market conditions.
This role is also eligible for a 15% annual performance-based bonus, tied to individual and company performance goals.
In addition, the role includes participation in Instructure’s equity program designed to align long-term incentives with company performance and growth.
