- 6+ years experience in end-to-end brand event management in tech or B2B environments
- Strong ability to produce visually refined and strategically aligned brand experiences
- Hands-on creative production and judgment on design and product storytelling
- Strong ownership mindset and initiative to drive projects forward independently
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and make quick decisions
- Effective communication skills to align stakeholders and keep projects on track
- Budget, timeline, and external partner management expertise
- Respect for brand consistency and high-quality execution
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Intercom’s portfolio of brand sponsorships and event activations
- Drive strategy and execution of tier 1 third-party events and product showcases
- Deliver high-quality creative execution across event design, attendee experience, AV, and visuals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Brand Marketing, R&D, and Field Marketing
- Lead agencies and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget, and on-brand activations
- Define and track success metrics combining brand and business goals
- Travel 25-30% to oversee on-site event execution and quality
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or a related field (preferred)
