System Administrator/ DevOps Engineer

• Set up and configure hardware and software for new hires and manage access rights across systems (Onboarding & Offboarding)

• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams), Purview, and Microsoft Defender
• Maintain and monitor hybrid infrastructure environments (on-premise, Azure, AWS), including VPNs, networks, and firewalls
• Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and security
• Support and troubleshoot internal systems, applications, and IT infrastructure across multiple OS platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Collaborate with the Security Officer to respond to incidents and implement security best practices and improvements
• Participate in internal audits and assessments to identify system vulnerabilities
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to improve team efficiency
• Use ticketing tools to manage, track, and resolve IT requests and incidents
• Provide hardware support, including diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements
• Utilize monitoring tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues proactively

Technical Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar IT support role
• Experience with hardware setup, user provisioning, and basic IT asset management
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi) and system security
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, Office365, and cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
• Familiarity with endpoint protection, patch and vulnerability management, and DLP solutions
• Experience using ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and IT documentation standards
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, asset management platforms, and credential systems
• Ability to manage security incidents and implement remediation actions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Communicative and collaborative, comfortable in cross-functional team environments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
