This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the company’s remote-first culture and AI-enabled operational practices on a global scale. As the head of Global Remote Operations, you will spearhead transformative initiatives that drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with diverse teams across finance, product, and go-to-market to create impactful programs that enhance productivity and innovation in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute strategies, policies, and processes that promote a remote-first culture and AI-enabled operations aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and deliver training programs to build digital dexterity and equip teams with AI tools and remote collaboration skills.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of remote technologies and AI solutions in partnership with People, IT, and Enterprise Applications teams.
• Continuously evaluate and pilot new AI, automation, and collaboration tools to boost growth and efficiency for a distributed workforce.
• Track and analyze metrics related to remote work and AI adoption to inform continuous improvement of workflows and processes.

• Proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams in fast-growing tech environments.
• Deep understanding of remote work management and best practices for distributed, technology-enabled teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and lead change in dynamic settings.
• Experience driving digital transformation and overseeing rollouts of AI tools and advanced technologies.
• Skilled in designing and facilitating training programs that foster innovation and continuous learning.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for optimizing remote work and technology adoption.

• Competitive salary range from $160,000 to $205,000, dependent on location and experience.
