In this role, you will be the crucial link between human language and generative AI, responsible for designing, testing, and refining the prompts that power our large language models (LLMs). You will collaborate closely with our data scientists, software developers, and product managers to optimize AI outputs, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. This is a unique opportunity to shape the conversation with our AI and have a direct impact on the user experience of a next-generation platform.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Linguistics, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), or a similar role involving interaction with large language models (LLMs).
Exceptional command of the English language, with a deep understanding of semantics, syntax, and context.
Creative and analytical mindset with a talent for structured thinking and problem-solving.
Basic understanding of programming concepts or scripting languages (e.g., Python) for testing and data analysis is a plus.
Familiarity with the AI/ML development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Must be able to work on-site at our San Francisco office 2-3 days per week.
