Associate Director, Services and Support Finance
Location: Miami, FL
Position Overview:
The Associate Director of GTM Finance will lead financial strategy and performance management for our Professional Services and Customer Support functions. As a strategic finance partner, you will work cross-functionally with senior leaders to optimize profitability, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decisions in our post-sales organizations. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to shape scalable financial processes for critical customer-facing teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
In this role you will:
- Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Professional Services and Support, partnering directly with VP-level stakeholders
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, margin optimization, and resource allocation
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews and variance analyses, providing insights that drive executive decision-making
- Drive alignment between GTM strategy and financial execution, ensuring services and support performance align with broader business goals
- Establish and track key metrics and KPIs (e.g., utilization, attach rates, margin, CSAT) to evaluate and improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and standardization across post-sales finance workflows
- Collaborate with FP&A, RevOps, and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and alignment across systems
- Guide and mentor analysts on the GTM Finance team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years supporting GTM, Professional Services, or Customer Support in a SaaS or tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning cycles, own stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic insights
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and experience with enterprise planning tools (e.g., Oracle EPBCS, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
- Strong understanding of services/support economics and key performance drivers in SaaS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior executives
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution
