- Assist with processing and tracking daily loan rate lock requests
- Support loan officers and partners with accurate pricing scenarios
- Verify investor selection and loan-level price adjustments
- Monitor lock expirations and assist with re-locks, extensions, or cancellations
- Maintain clean, accurate data in the loan origination system (LOS)
- Review loan delivery documents for compliance with investor standards
- Collaborate to identify and improve workflow processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
