Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
Join KBR, a leader in delivering innovative solutions to the U.S. Government. We are seeking a dedicated Senior HSE Specialist to join our team and make a tangible difference. This role involves implementing and managing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. This position reports to the NORTHCOM HSE Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate selected for this position will become an integral part of the LOGCAP HSE Team and will be expected to report to and assist the Project HSE Manager with the development and implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and department safety.

Basic Compensation: $82,617.60 - $123,926.40
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
