Digital Media Senior Analyst, Search (SEM)
Skills
- 1-3+ years experience in digital media optimization including Google Ads, DSP/Display Trading, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong interest or experience in client services and digital media channels.
- Ability to manage complex workloads across execution, analysis, and communications.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Leverage digital media channels including social, search (SEM/PPC), video, and programmatic media for optimized campaign impact.
- Support and manage client and vendor relationships, escalating and resolving issues.
- Understand and align strategies with clients’ business goals and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with Optimization & Innovation Manager and team to design and execute programs delivering breakthrough client results.
- Execute and monitor campaign setup and measure performance through data analysis.
- Contribute to client insights, strategy reports, and ongoing program analysis.

- Relevant educational background preferred but not explicitly required.
