Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High empathy and active listening with ability to maintain boundaries
- Proficient computer skills including typing and navigating multiple online software systems
- Experience with customer service tools such as Zendesk is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Engage and onboard potential patients by explaining Kins services, insurance, and scheduling appointments
- Respond to inbound requests from patients, physicians, and healthcare providers
- Support physical therapists by solving problems and answering questions to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate on lead generation and conversion strategies to attract more patients
- Work with technology, operations, and clinical teams to improve customer experience through insights
- Communicate clearly and work with all team members including physical therapists
- Embrace feedback and continuously improve customer service processes and skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus
