Responsibilities
- Utilize diverse sourcing tactics including social media outreach, Boolean searches, and cold calls to identify potential therapist candidates.
- Write content aligned with Kins brand and mission, leveraging AI tools to increase impact.
- Build and maintain authentic relationships with prospective therapists.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of physical therapist candidates to support company growth.
- Collaborate with clinical recruitment and marketing teams to target high-demand markets.
- Continuously optimize workflows to enhance conversion rates and efficiency.
- Use ATS/CRM and AI tools for pipeline engagement and candidate tracking.
- Maintain organized, searchable candidate databases for ongoing outreach.
Education
- Currently active licensed Physical Therapist with Kins.
Benefits
- Approximately 10 hours per week commitment.
- $20 per hour worked with $750 bonus for every PT hired.
- Provision of contact lists, strategic guidance, software subscriptions, and mentorship.
