- Leadership: Oversee the flow of parts in and out of the shop, manage and train parts department personnel, and develop strategies to maintain profit goals.
- Analysis and Improvement: Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 3+ years as a Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory monitoring principles
- Excellent sales and organizational skills
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
