Position Summary
Enroll365 is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Individual Health Benefit Advisor. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted guide for individuals seeking health coverage through ICHRA plans. You will be responsible for educating clients, walking them through the enrollment process, and helping them select plans that best meet their healthcare and financial needs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. You will play a key part in delivering a supportive, informed, and seamless experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the main point of contact for individuals enrolling in health plans through ICHRA offerings.
· Educate clients on plan options, pricing, and benefits to support informed and confident decision-making.
· Manage the entire enrollment process—from initial outreach and consultation to plan selection and post-enrollment follow-up.
· Communicate employer-specific ICHRA requirements clearly, helping clients understand eligibility and documentation needs.
· Promptly respond to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure seamless enrollment experience.
· Maintain detailed records of client communications, application statuses, and follow-up activities in internal systems.
· Stay current on marketplace plans, regulatory updates, and ICHRA best practices.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and trusted support.
· Meet individual performance goals while contributing to overall team success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health insurance industry, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
· Strong understanding of individual health insurance plans, including coverage options, pricing structures, limitations, and ICHRA frameworks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance topics in a simple, approachable way.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales mindset focused on building trust and long-term relationships.
· Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Self-motivated and adaptable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software, including enrollment platforms and CRMs.
· Active health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one if required by state regulations.
Working Conditions & Essential Functions
· Work is performed in a quiet, climate-controlled office environment with ergonomically designed workstations.
· Day-to-day responsibilities involve computer work, client communication, data entry, and team collaboration.
· May require occasional travel for client-related events, including health fairs, presentations, or on-site enrollment support.
· Physical demands include the ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lbs. and extended periods of screen time.
