Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 an hour, DOE
Location: Medford, OR. (Hybrid)
DFC Loan Services Administrator I
The DFC Loan Services Administrator I will possess an understanding for ensuring all transactions are accurate, completed and processed in a timely manner. This individual plays an important supporting role to all other departments in the company.
Responsibilities
- Apply check payments in loan management system and check log
- Perform daily electronic check deposits
- Complete Loan closeout process and mail required documentation
- Prepare vendor check requests for Corporate AP
- Perform loan payment reapplications in loan management system
- Prepare outbound mail for delivery
- Scan documents and save in shared folders
- Retrieve mail, distribute to departments and log returned mail in loan management system
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior data entry experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
- Prior office or bookkeeping experience is preferred
