Are you looking to start your career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, or Auditing? Join Lithia & Driveway as a Vendor Administrator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining our Master Vendor file and ensuring vendor compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain vendor records, ensuring compliance with policies
Audit vendor data and recommend process improvements
Collect and verify certificates of insurance
Process 1099s at year-end
Generate vendor reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
