Shift Gears Into a High-Impact Sales Leadership Role!

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive sales and team success? Suburban Ford of Ferndale is looking for a Sales Desk Manager to drive performance, mentor our sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales floor operations and support sales consultants in closing deals.
  • Structure and desk car deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly goals.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive sales management or desking.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management systems (DMS).
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
