About the Role

The VP of Marketing is a visionary, a growth strategist, and an unapologetic brand architect. This executive leader will own Limitless’ marketing vision across all touchpoints—from brand and creative, to digital acquisition, content, partnerships, and in-clinic experience. You’ll partner directly with the owner and leadership team to build and scale a brand that moves markets and transforms lives.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the national marketing strategy across all channels: digital, traditional, social, experiential, and in-clinic.
  • Drive aggressive new patient acquisition while strengthening retention and lifetime value.
  • Oversee and mentor directors across brands, performance, content, and creative.
  • Lead and evolve the Limitless brand identity and messaging across all locations and media.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI-driven growth models.
  • Cultivate key partnerships with influencers, media, and high-profile performance brands.
  • Guide major national campaigns, product launches, and clinic expansions.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with operations, clinical teams, and customer experience.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervises marketing team within the existing and future locations.
  • Indirectly supervises all employees within all locations.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees as well as leading key terminations; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, consumer healthcare, or performance-driven brands.
  • Proven success building omnichannel strategies that drive 8-figure growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Inspiring leader with a bias toward action, results, and accountability.
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
