Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution across the full creator lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, activation, and content creation.
- Design and optimize onboarding experiences to accelerate creator success and reduce drop-off.
- Lead improvements to content posting flows and linking experiences to minimize friction and introduce new creative tools.
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop scalable product solutions aligned with creator needs.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to align roadmaps and deliver impactful features.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and communicate insights to executive leadership.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to junior product managers and cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required
