Skills
- Strong technical and quantitative skills with critical-thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting including headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Develop planning, reporting, and analysis processes for administrative teams.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, perform variance analysis and establish KPIs.
- Develop annual operating plans and provide monthly financial forecasts.
- Facilitate team alignment and decision making through clear reporting and recommendations.
- Provide financial consultancy and business case assessments to administrative teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to guide operational decisions.
- Support month-end reporting, long-term business plans, benchmarking, and process analysis.
- Identify and propose process and business function improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
