Responsibilities
- Lead long-term treasury and capital management strategy for sustainability across market cycles
- Drive financial planning and goal-setting for the Foundation and key ecosystem partners
- Build and maintain transparent internal, board-level, and public financial reporting
- Oversee budgeting, FP&A, and multi-scenario forecasting with finance team support
- Structure and negotiate strategic deals and partnerships to foster ecosystem growth
- Manage investor relations and reporting during token unlocks
- Coordinate relationships with finance partners like market makers and treasury management providers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
