Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings and travel across time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all business matters and sensitive information
- Make phone calls on behalf of the CEO and coordinate external attendees
- Take notes and generate emails on the CEO’s behalf
- Review and adjust the CEO’s calendar daily
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with necessary materials
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
- Process expenses and assist with miscellaneous tasks such as printing documents or coffee runs
