Responsibilities
- Review and analyze CPM schedules including baseline and updates to identify critical and near critical paths, milestones, and impacts
- Collect field progress data and produce look-aheads, variance reports, and earned-value forecasts
- Run critical path and what-if analyses to evaluate sequencing options and recovery plans
- Perform schedule-risk assessments and recommend contingencies using tools such as Monte Carlo simulations
- Analyze schedules to reduce risk and recover delays by creating and evaluating alternative schedules
- Conduct schedule audits ensuring data is risk ready
- Support change orders and claims by preparing Time Impact Analyses linking delays to cost and contracts
- Apply forensic scheduling principles to analyze contractor delay claims and owner risk
- Continuously analyze schedules and provide alternatives to avoid delays
- Use Earned Value Management techniques for KPI reporting
- Integrate third-party interfaces, permitting, utility relocations, and procurement dependencies
- Generate narrative reports and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
- Apply schedule risk management techniques and support risk register updates
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience
