Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for one or more Wealth Advisors.
- Handle inbound client calls and email requests, scheduling, and data gathering.
- Ensure compliance adherence for client paperwork and service procedures.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to fulfill client requests.
- Manage client deposits and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Research client issues in cooperation with back-office partners.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and processing transfer paperwork as needed.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
