We are looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join our Monetization Design Systems team, which is focused on supporting the current and future monetization experiences for our Microsoft Copilot, Inventory, Advertiser, Platform, and Publisher teams. Your work will be at the heart of change within the advertising industry.

As a Sr. Product Designer | Design Systems, you will bring the technical skills, leadership and passion that will help us to build the next wave of monetization-centered capabilities for our consumers. You can drive the end-to-end process of setting a design vision and create and maintain a cohesive design system by designing, implementing and managing reusable UI components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring design consistency across all product areas. You will advocate for user-centric solutions and maintain high standards for design quality, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing operations as needed.  

You have an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being a highly effective communicator. You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to move quickly to new methodologies, processes, technologies, and products. The right candidate takes the initiative and enjoys building world-class design experiences for consumer and enterprise products in a fast-paced environment. This is a player/coach role; while you will set vision and direction, you are also a maker who can craft high quality designs at all stages of the design process.
