About the Role:
The UX/CX Designer is responsible for creating market-leading experiences for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting software applications. Working closely with Product Management and high performing agile teams, the CX/UX Designer translates complex customer and business requirements into simple, balanced solutions within the constraints of a complex technical framework. The candidate will drive Lean Product principles within the teams, producing products that empower and delight our customers. The candidate will be a driven self-starter and thrive in a fast paced, fast thinking environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA permanently.
Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Manager, CX/UX Design, and work under the leadership of the Director, CX/UX Design.
