Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate user needs within delivery teams.
- Develop and present product strategies and ideas to stakeholders.
- Lead delivery teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, write and refine user stories, and coordinate activities.
- Conduct workshops to define problems, ideate, and manage tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather and fulfill business and user requirements.
- Serve as primary liaison between delivery team and stakeholders.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog with defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product roadmap aligning development milestones with stakeholders.
- Set delivery goals and oversee planning and production releases.
- Work closely with client project managers and Mindgrub account and project managers to ensure alignment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/training experience.
- Alternatively, five additional years of relevant experience with a high school diploma.
