Customer Service Representative

An industry leader is looking for driven individuals to join as Customer Service Representatives who provide excellent service and build lasting customer relationships while learning all aspects of the business and culture. This role offers best-in-class training and advancement opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Basic math understanding with capability to learn quickly.
  • Pleasant and inviting phone voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries and needs.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts with attention and professionalism.
  • Learn and apply company knowledge and culture to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Build long lasting relationships by treating each customer individually with respect and care.
  • Contribute positively to a team environment ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college or military experience preferred.
