Customer Experience Coordinator (Full Time) - Cambridge, MA

VEG is a rapidly growing emergency veterinary company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and employee-centric culture. They seek a Customer Experience Coordinator to enhance client satisfaction and streamline patient interactions in their Cambridge hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and manage customer communications via email, text, and phone
  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure efficient check-in
  • Monitor customer wait times and improve workflow to reduce bottlenecks
  • Handle customer complaints empathetically and resolve issues quickly
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve patient experience
  • Process payments accurately and maintain customer records
  • Engage with customers during wait times and update care team on customer needs
  • Educate customers on financial options and end-of-life care details
  • Follow up with customers post-visit and facilitate video chats when needed
  • Create personalized, positive experiences for customers and their pets

Education
