Responsibilities
- Serve as the GM's lead finance partner managing planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Define and operationalize financial and operational KPIs for growth, efficiency, and margin goals.
- Provide insights on resource allocation, pricing, customer economics, and investment ROI.
- Lead annual planning, long-range modeling, and partner with Accounting and Analytics teams.
- Craft clear, data-driven executive and board-level communications.
- Maintain budget discipline, spend tracking accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
Education
- Advanced degrees or certifications preferred (CPA, CFA, MBA).
