- Lead market introduction and scaled adoption of new ad products.
- Identify growth opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Deliver engaging advertiser experiences by understanding their needs and pain points.
- Own P&L and drive key business metrics like revenue, retention, and Return on Ad Spend (RoAS).
- Foster innovation to maintain market leadership and anticipate future advertising trends.
- Influence cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to integrate product initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
