Position Summary
We are seeking an Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely, cogent, and relevant support to enhance the CI posture of supported activities. This includes ensuring intelligence oversight compliance and accurately documenting and reporting CI indicators or concerns. The analyst will coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate and de-conflict large volumes of information, and independently produce high-level reports.
The CI Analyst will research, create, develop, and deliver professional multi-media, written reports, and CI products at both the operational and strategic levels using multiple CI and HUMINT reporting tools. Responsibilities include reviewing Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports, and participating in reviews with corrective actions as needed.
Additional duties include managing source data within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System, participating in Asset Validation Panels, providing detailed CI reviews of active assets, and developing all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest. The CI Analyst will also maintain knowledge of signature reduction standards and assist commands in determining and applying appropriate techniques. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set. For positions based in California, Colorado, D.C., Maryland, New York, or Washington, the salary range is $85,000 – $112,000 (if annualized).
