We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Literacy Analyst to support our data governance initiatives. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the business glossary, implementing data quality rules, and promoting data literacy across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, enjoys educating others, and is eager to contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and curate content in the enterprise business glossary to ensure consistency and clarity in data definitions.
Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to implement and monitor data quality rules.
Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to improve data literacy across departments.
Support the configuration and administration of Collibra, including UI customization and workflow setup.
Qualifications
Familiarity with Collibra or similar data governance tools; experience with UI administration and workflow configuration is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $89K - $98K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
