Membership Coordinator

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing the mission of the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) by supporting and optimizing all aspects of the membership lifecycle. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the onboarding of new members, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system, and supporting membership programs through regular reporting and data-driven insights.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for membership inquiries, ensuring each organization experiences a seamless and professional introduction to the NSTC’s collaborative ecosystem. Your work will be critical in supporting the long-term engagement and success of our growing member base.
This role requires strategic thinking, a proactive approach to continuous process improvement, and an understanding of data integrity and CRM best practices. You will be expected to monitor key membership metrics—such as application volume, onboarding progress, engagement levels, and retention trends. By leveraging CRM tools, you will ensure that member data is consistently accurate, complete, and actionable, supporting both operational needs and strategic initiatives.
In addition to tracking performance indicators, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that streamline membership workflows and improve overall efficiency. Your work will help to ensure that NSTC continues to deliver exceptional value to its growing network of members.

The Membership Coordinator serves as a crucial liaison between Natcast and prospective NSTC members, facilitating the growth of membership in this groundbreaking public-private partnership. This role directly impacts the advancement of U.S. semiconductor capabilities by ensuring efficient evaluation and onboarding of member organizations who will contribute to and benefit from NSTC's innovative programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the processing of incoming membership applications with accuracy and efficiency
Assist in onboarding efforts for new member organizations, ensuring a smooth and informative experience
Maintain and update CRM records to reflect member interactions, status changes, and engagement activities
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track membership growth, engagement levels, and program performance
Collaborate with internal teams to align membership efforts with broader organizational goals
Support the planning and execution of membership engagement programs and events
Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in membership coordination, or similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Office Suite
Understanding of CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to work within enterprise software systems
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Skills & Experience
Background in technical membership organizations
Knowledge of public-private partnerships
Experience with inbound lead management
Familiarity with government contracting processes
Salesforce experience and certification
