Responsibilities
- Manage file uploads and electronic payments of payroll taxes.
- Review payroll tax system data and perform reconciliations regularly.
- Monitor agency notices, Oracle Cloud and ADP issues, and tax correspondence daily.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll accounting entries.
- Maintain accurate state withholding, unemployment rates, and tax registrations.
- Design and maintain internal controls and procedures for financial reporting.
- Keep payroll tax laws knowledge up-to-date and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Produce periodic reconciliations and analyses between ADP and Oracle Cloud.
- Reconcile W2/W2c’s across systems.
- Assist with internal audits and prepare supporting documentation.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
