Compliance Analyst II
To research, analyze, interpret, recommend, and enforce Navy Federal policies and practices that ensure compliance with relevant local, state, federal and other regulatory requirements, and case law. Experience in compliance monitoring and testing activities. Understanding of how risk assessment impacts testing scope and conclusions. Perform risk-based compliance testing for the purpose of independently validating business unit’s adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and identifying control deficiencies and risk implications related to applicable laws and regulations. Identify and convey issues resulting from testing and provide suggestions on recommendations to business units. Pertinent laws and regulations include, but not limited to UDAAP, Truth in Savings, Vendor Management / Third Party Risk Management, Information Security, Human Resources, ADA, ESIGN, and Regulation CC.
