Skills
- Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
- Proficiency with SaaS applications and identity/access management tools like Azure AD and Okta.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite administration including Entra ID, SharePoint, Outlook, and Intune.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to IT support requests and resolve issues efficiently with regular status updates.
- Manage identity and access permissions and participate in periodic audits.
- Source, track, and maintain IT assets and inventory.
- Provision new user accounts and coordinate new hire onboarding with HR and Facilities.
- Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support collaboration tools such as Slack, Teams, O365, and Notion, including user permissions and troubleshooting integration issues.
Education
- Relevant experience in IT support roles.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST 800-171, CMMC) is a plus.
