Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute logistics for in-person and virtual events and webinars.
- Research and recommend vendors based on creativity, quality, and cost.
- Develop event materials content and collaborate with graphic designers.
- Conduct and analyze event evaluations to improve future events.
- Manage continuing education records and certificates.
- Handle administrative tasks including orders, travel planning, RSVP tracking, and issue resolution.
- Master webinar software such as GoToWebinar and SimpleCert.
- Serve as master of ceremony for external webinars.
- Save webinar recordings and promote registrations using social media and internal notifications.
- Maintain procedural documentation and assist with training backups.
- Coordinate with presenters on scheduling and materials.
- Communicate clearly with internal customers and training partners.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or public relations.
