Senior Software Engineer, Monetization Team (Fullstack or Backend)
Skills
- 6+ years professional software development experience
- Experience building scalable backend systems, especially billing, authentication, or enterprise governance
- Proficiency or strong willingness to learn Rust and/or Golang
- Experience with AI tools integrated in developer workflow
- Database experience with PostgreSQL or ScyllaDB
- Familiarity with distributed event streaming frameworks like Apache Kafka
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to design RESTful APIs and gRPC services
- Capable of working independently in uncertain environments while focusing on scalable, long-term solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales/Success teams to translate enterprise requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Participate in peer code and technical design spec reviews to elevate code quality
- Resolve production issues ensuring system stability and scalability
- Perform data analysis and performance monitoring for system optimizations
- Lead initiatives to unblock enterprise customer operations and accelerate growth
- Stay current with industry trends and leverage AI tools in workflows
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
