- Own multi-state compliance filings including employment registrations and annual reports
- Partner with vendors and registered agents to ensure timely submissions
- Manage compliance documentation such as training records and policy acknowledgments
- Support SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO audit readiness with cross-functional teams
- Monitor employment laws and update company policies accordingly
- Collaborate with People, Finance, and Legal teams to align compliance workflows
- Develop and deliver compliance training and resources
- Manage internal calendar and workflows for compliance-related deadlines
