Responsibilities
- Lead international entity planning and formation by collaborating with business teams and local counsel.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and local regulatory filing requirements for foreign entities.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial contracts related to international operations.
- Assist finance team with KYC and banking requirements in foreign jurisdictions.
- Develop and review company policies to align with legal and industry standards abroad.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement, finance, creative, and marketing teams.
- Contribute to other Legal department projects and proactively handle new legal subject matters.
Education
- J.D. degree from a top-tier law school.
- Admission to the California bar preferred.
