Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, and promote pickleball leagues, clinics, tournaments, and social events.
- Manage daily operations and court schedules to maximize usage.
- Supervise and schedule pickleball teaching professionals and coaches.
- Promote club memberships and increase community participation.
- Post regular updates and livestream events on social media platforms.
- Ensure safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be available on-call.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with staff and implement updated teaching certifications.
Education
- 4-year college degree preferred.
