We’re looking for a dynamic CPG Content Strategy Lead to connect the world’s most loved brands with over 580 million shoppers at the very moment they’re deciding what to buy next.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and continuously optimize the sales content strategy for CPG on Pinterest—honing messaging, positioning, and value around category objectives and region-specific needs.
  • Become Pinterest’s in-house CPG expert, collaborating with internal teams and leading partners to define and deliver high-impact commercial solutions.
  • Launch fresh content and campaigns based on new product launches, tentpole moments (think “back to school,” holidays), and evolving shopper journeys.
  • Decode complex data to arm Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with actionable CPG insights.
  • Elevate partnership—facilitate open dialogue and transparency with stakeholders, and foster a feedback loop that drives ongoing content innovation.

What we're looking for: 

  • 10+ years developing content, strategy, or creative go-to-market for CPG brands, agencies, or platforms (digital/commerce-first experience strongly preferred).
  • Expertise in lower and full-funnel CPG advertising, data analytics, and industry measurement.
  • Experience translating category and consumer insights into compelling B2B content.
  • Proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams and high-stakes, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strategic storytelling, operational rigor, and the ability to communicate a clear vision to any audience.
  • Ready to use AI and emerging tech to drive personalization and scale content like never before.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or equivalent

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Pinterest New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Seattle office.
