- Advanced expertise in NLP and machine learning techniques particularly related to summarization, semantic search, and prediction
- Proficiency with GenAI and LLM systems in production environments
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with data pipelines, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Ability to lead and solve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of AI & ML initiatives focusing on insights generation aligned with business goals
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in AI/ML models, with emphasis on NLP, summarization, semantic search, and prediction
- Mentor and develop engineers and data scientists to foster innovation and continuous improvement
- Lead GenAI technology development including transformers, large language models, and classifiers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI/ML, product, and data teams to support product objectives
- Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance standards
- Recruit, train, and retain high-quality engineering talent
- Apply Agile and Lean principles to optimize team efficiency and delivery
Education
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
