Responsibilities
- Coordinate intake and translate business needs into user stories and sprint-ready tasks.
- Optimize Brightspot CMS for stability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage development operations including triaging tickets, scoping technical requirements, and delivery.
- Serve as primary interface across Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Security teams.
- Facilitate roadmap planning balancing stakeholder needs and technical constraints.
- Provide technical SEO insights to improve page performance, crawlability, and indexation.
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and SEO best practices in product releases.
- Mentor junior team members and represent Digital Experience product in leadership forums.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
