Responsibilities
- Track, monitor, and implement controls for compliance with NERC, PPA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
- Assess impacts of new or revised regulatory requirements alongside compliance staff.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and operational issues.
- Conduct operational assessments, risk analyses, and root cause failure investigations.
- Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to develop and implement asset performance solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture best practices for grid reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize asset operations and modernize systems.
- Lead projects related to asset management, market trading, technology integration, and operations.
- Support field troubleshooting, issue resolution, and testing to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Assist Asset Managers with compliance inquiries and evidence generation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field.
