Skills

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding solar system performance, maintenance, billing, and account updates.
- Communicate clearly about system status, lease terms, and contract details.
- Resolve customer inquiries timely to maximize satisfaction.
- Update customer accounts accurately and document interactions.
- Troubleshoot basic concerns or escalate complex issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Achieve performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns.
- Perform administrative tasks supporting call center operations.
- Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
